We are delighted to announce that Aldi Australia has received planning approval to build its latest Victorian store at The Base.
Anticipated to open in mid-2025, Aldi’s tenancy marks the official commencement of leasing for Precinct 2, with the campaign kicking off early to meet increased demand. Precinct 1 saw 95% of tenancies committed prior to opening.
The new Aldi store will provide the growing Craigieburn community with expanded choice and an affordable grocery offering in the area.
With Bluefit Swimming and Cellarbrations Superstore also set to open at The Base in mid-2025, Aldi complements a growing list of high-profile tenants.
